What Is Injection Molding?
Injection molding injects molten material into a closed mold, where it cools and is ejected as a finished part. The cycle repeats for every part, supporting low and high volume production, with assembly and secondary operations after molding.

What We Offer
For plastic parts manufacturing, our production services cover low and high volume runs, engineering material processing, and the assembly and secondary operations that follow molding.
Batch & Serial Production
Parts molded in set batches or continuous serial runs on the approved mold.
Engineering Plastic Processing
Engineering materials processed to suit the part specification and application.
Assembly & Secondary Operations
Assembly and secondary operations completed after molding to finish the part.
Overmolding & Insert Molding
Overmolding onto a substrate, and metal or threaded inserts molded in place.
Quality Assurance & Inspection
Parts are inspected against the drawing and specification at every stage.
On-Time Delivery
Production is planned around agreed dispatch dates, so parts arrive on time.

Our Process
Requirements Review
We review the part drawing, material, volume, and approved mold before production is planned.
Material Preparation
Material is prepared to the part specification, including drying where the material requires it.
Machine Setup
The mold is installed, and process parameters are set for the part and material.
First Article Approval
First parts are molded and inspected against the drawing before the production run is released.
Production Run
Parts are molded at the agreed volume, with process parameters monitored through the run.
Assembly & Secondary Operations
Molded parts are assembled and finished to the part specification.
Final Inspection & Dispatch
Parts are checked against the specification and packed for dispatch.
What Our Clients Say
Radiant delivered precision-engineered tooling solutions that met our component requirements and quality expectations. Their technical expertise and attention to detail made the collaboration seamless.
An automotive component manufacturing companyThey demonstrated strong technical capabilities in mold development and manufacturing. Their structured approach to project execution and focus on quality helped us meet our production requirements.
A US-based automation companyWe came to Radiant with just a rough concept. Their team caught two design issues before we even cut steel, which saved us a full redesign cycle later. The mold ran clean on the first trial.
Arjun RameshHead of Product Engineering, automotive componentsWhat stood out was having design and manufacturing under one roof. No back-and-forth between vendors, no surprises at production. Parts shipped exactly on the date we were quoted.

How does injection molding work?
Molten material is injected into a closed mold, cooled, and ejected as a finished part. The cycle repeats for every part.
What materials can be used for injection molding?
Common choices include ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, and polypropylene. The right choice depends on the part's strength, heat, and finish requirements.
How much does injection molding cost?
Cost depends on mold complexity, material, part size, and volume. The mold is a one-time cost, so the per-part cost falls as volume rises.
What is the difference between low volume and high volume injection molding?
Low volume suits validation and smaller programs. High volume suits sustained demand and spreads the mold cost over more parts.
What are secondary operations in injection molding?
They are steps after molding, such as assembly, drilling, tapping, or finishing, that complete the part to specification.
