Having a tool room and production house in a single roof have a significant impact on the quality of the output, to mention few:

• From concept to completion, you are able to work with the same people which reduces lag time in communication between suppliers and thus eliminating ‘Blame game’ often played when working with multiple companies.
• The People who build the tool are the same people who put it in production and that way the mold will be designed to coincide with the life of the product, material requirement to achieve the tool life.
• In-house tool room reduces the mold downtime by having easy access of everything from drawing to raw materials and from machining to assembly.

We deal with multiple materials available in the market and we always keep stock of generally used materials like ABS, PC, PP, TPU, ABS-PC and some more. Our suppliers around the world can provide any possible material in quick turnaround.

RD has the Top Brand Injection Molding Machines which provide consistency/repeatability of the produced parts. We have 55T-250T Injection Molding Machine including vertical injection molding machine and can carry out very high volume production activity as well. We have a separate team for Trimming of runners, Excess Flashes, Post-Processing works like gluing multiple parts, assembling parts with screws or snaps and a dedicated QC Team to monitor the output quality.

Being in the industry for the past 8 years, we have developed a pool of vendors who can supply us the standard items like Brass Mold-In Inserts, Screws, Washers, Nuts, Standard O-Rings and other standard Mechanical items which are required for the assembly of the complete unit. The Customer does not have to deal with multiple vendors for such items as we can easily procure these with our experience.
